As all items are made to order, orders are processed quickly after purchase.

I entered the wrong shipping address – what should I do?

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All products are made to order.
Production usually takes 3–6 business days, followed by shipping within the US which typically takes 3–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
For international orders (including Canada), additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Artful Days is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during international shipping.

Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll always find a solution.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
